Axxon Endodontics is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5 p.m. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that our practice provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

At Axxon Endodontics, we aim to deliver top-quality endodontic care while also providing convenient payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for your ease. To ensure we maintain the highest standards of care while keeping costs reasonable, payment is expected at the time of service. Payment Options:
At our practice, all fees are required to be settled at the time of service. To assist our patients in managing their payments, we are pleased to provide access to CareCredit, recognized as North America’s leading patient payment program. With CareCredit, you can initiate your treatment immediately and spread the cost over time with affordable monthly installments designed to fit your budget.
CareCredit offers a variety of payment plans, including both interest-free and extended options for treatment fees. Applying for CareCredit is quick and easy, with online decisions available in seconds. You can apply now or speak with our staff for further information.
Please keep in mind that if you intend to use CareCredit or require other payment arrangements, these arrangements must be made before your appointment.
Dental Insurance Information:
We request payment for services at the time of treatment. Patients with insurance should note that coverage typically only extends to a portion of the treatment cost. However, the patient is ultimately responsible for the full fee of the service provided.
Our office contacts your insurance company to estimate a co-pay, though this estimate is not a guarantee of payment. Only a pre-authorization of treatment ensures payment. If you wish for us to submit a pre-authorization to your insurance company, please inform us. Note that pre-authorizations typically take three to six weeks to process.
We may not be the in-network provider for most insurance companies but we collaborate closely with your insurance carrier to expedite reimbursement for covered procedures. After treatment, we handle all insurance claims and submissions on your behalf. Most insurance carriers reimburse payments within two to six weeks. Some insurers pay patients directly, necessitating payment at the time of service.
Should you require further assistance with your insurance provider, please feel free to contact us. Our staff is knowledgeable and stays updated on insurance matters.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
Your referral slip and any X-rays if applicable.
A list of medications you are presently taking.
If you have medical or dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
IMPORTANT: A parent or legal guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation visit.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to surgery (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.) or require medication prior to dental cleanings (i.e antibiotics, for pre-med.)
X-RAYS
If your previous dentist has taken recent x-rays (within 6-months), you may request that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional films are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.
